Production facilities
We are experts in producing
precision plastic components in high volume runs. Our full range of
capabilities includes low wall thickness, short cycle time products (less
than 3 sec. cycle time). 74 Thermoplastic injection machines(
Netstal, Demag, Fanuc and Arbourg) 35 to 500 tons operate in 3 shifts.
· Basic thermoplastic polymers - PP, PS, PELD, PEHD
· Technical thermoplastic polymers -ABS, PC, POM, PA6, PA66, PC-ABS and
PMMA
· High-performance materials - TEFZEL, Polysulphone, PEAK, PPS
· Reinforced materials - Fiberglass, Glass beads, Carbon fibers and other
fillers upon customer request
A 130 square
meter clean room production facility for medical and
other industries. A Complete metal stamping facility. 40 to 300 ton presses
are available including high speed stamping ability.
